Design refresh updates – July 2026

The new design just got a little smoother. It now remembers whether you prefer the new or classic look, so you land in the right place every time you log in, on any device.

Here's what else is included:

  • You can now add a person directly from the people dropdowns while logging a record, without leaving the form (see image below)

  • Clear a filter in a single click

  • Jump straight to your oldest records

Small changes, but they save you clicks every day across Audits, Complaints and Breach Reporting.

Join our monthly webinars featuring industry specialists to help you get more from your software, stay compliant and keep pace with a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

Webinar spotlight: What does the move to FCA regulation for AML mean for law firms?

The legal sector is facing a major regulatory shift: law firms are set to move from SRA supervision to direct FCA oversight for anti-money laundering compliance, with far-reaching implications for how firms manage compliance.

This is the first in a quarterly webinar series tracking the transition from announcement to implementation — giving you up-to-date analysis on what's changing and what to do next.

In this opening session, Caroline Brady (Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, MLRO and FCA Approved Person) and Brian Rogers (Regulatory Director) will cover:

  • What the move to FCA supervision means in practice

  • How FCA AML regulation differs from the current SRA regime

  • The timeline and key milestones ahead

  • What firms should be doing now to prepare

Relevant for managing partners, COLPs, compliance officers, and anyone responsible for AML in their firm.

Legal Customer Support Channels

Getting support for your Legal products is easy.

As you will be aware, we launched the Access Digital Assistant in February 2026. This is the quickest and easiest way to get help. If you are an entitled contact, you can ask a question through the Digital Assistant, giving you access to support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our teams are also available between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, should you need additional assistance.

We kindly ask that you try this channel first wherever possible, as we are continually enhancing and expanding the support content available to you. Your use of these tools supports our ongoing commitment to improving the customer experience.

All software users can also access the dedicated Help Centre for Legal Compliance.

Should you need to contact us by phone, there is a single dedicated telephone number: 01206 696430

If you have any old support numbers saved, please disregard them and ensure you use the number above going forward.

When calling, please listen carefully to the available options and select the one for your product. This will help ensure you are connected to the correct support team as quickly as possible.

As mentioned above, our digital channels are often the fastest and most convenient way to access support.
